CAS FRIDAY, Razzleberry Scallop Ribbons

This is a very simple card I made for a gift certificate.  I am including it with a big Stampin' Up! basket of goodies that I donated to my church's Mardi Gras auction.  You just cut various pieces of DSP and use Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border Punch pieces to divide them.  Try it out.  It's a lot of fun!   And, oh, so easy!

The card wasn't actually supposed to have the flower on it, but an errant glue dot found it's way on my card and left a blemish when I removed it, so I had to improvise!   So it turned out a little less CAS than I planned because of that.   But, it will do.  Enjoy!
