BUNNY & EASTER EGG HUNT...

We had a great time last night at Robin's workshop!  This card was our featured project.  The ladies learned embossing with this adorable little Chocolate Bunny and simple masking with the chick in the egg.  I cased this card from MichelleY and made a few changes.

First I stamped the chick.  Then I masked him and stamped the grass from the Inspired By Nature in two colors, first Certainly Celery and then Old Olive. Then I unmasked the chickie and colored him Barely Banana.  The eggs were stamped on the Shades of Spring Designer Series Paper and cut out.  The Chocolate Bunny was stamped in Chocolate Chip Craft Ink on Close to Cocoa, embossed and popped out on Stampin' Dimensionals.

After making the first card, I decided that there were too many different stamp sets used to show on one card at a workshop, so I changed the sentiment/medallion to use the sentiment that comes in the A Good Egg set.  I also decided not to introduce the paper piecing for the chick's eggshell so that I wouldn't overwhelm them (I think I may have still!), so this card was the one we ended up making at the workshop:
