SLIDER CARD DIRECTIONS??? Oops!...
Well, I don't really have any. I've never seen any slider cards except for the ribbon method or ones where you can pull on both sides and that wasn't what I wanted, so I winged it. And unfortunately, I already mailed out the cards, so I can't go back and measure anything. I will try to make another next week and get better instructions. But for the moment...

  1. First, I made a slit or channel for the slider in the card front, right along the top of the black "highway" cardstock so as to hide it. It was for most of the card maybe an inch or so in from each side.
  2. Then on the top white layer of the slider (small enough to slip inside without hitting the adhesive holding the card front to the card):
  3. From the right side of the slider towards the left, I scored a line about 3/4" from the bottom going right to left about a little shorter than the truck. I then cut from the bottom up to the left side of that score line and folded it up towards the top.
  4. I adhered the white slider to the blue backer piece, I cut off the top corner of the slide to make it easier to slide in. Then I slipped the folded piece up through the channel so that it was showing in the front and adhered the whole card front to the card (perimeter only - not the slide portion). Then I adhered the truck to the folded portion that is coming up through the channel.
Okay, did I confuse you all more than ever now???
